No
Ecbatana is modern Hamadan, in Northern Iran - roughly between modern Tehran & modern Baghdad.
Bactria was roughly northern Afghanistan / south Turkmenistan . Bactra itself is the modern-day Balkh, just south of Termez. Sogdiana was to the north of Bactria, roughly south Uzbekistan/ TajikistanSusan
