Ruler of Ephesus when Cleopatra exiled Arsinoe there in 46 BC

Who got Ephesus after Alexander's death? Was the ruler of the city a descendant of the original Diadochi winner (who got Ephesus) when Caesar and Cleopatra exiled Arsinoe IV there in 46 BC?

On the fourth day Alexander arrived at Ephesus, where he recalled from exile all the men who had been banished from the city on account of their adherence to him; and having broken up the oligarchy, he established a democratic form of government there.

He appointed Antingonus the One-eyed appointed satrap of the whole of Asia minor in 333 BC. Under the Romans the city would have retained many of its institutions, but without doing a lot of digging I am afraid I don't know who would have been the Roman governor of the province in 46 BC, or whether he would have been based at Ephesus. A history of Mark Antony or Cleopatra might provide more information.

Ephesos, like most of Asia Minor, was a battleground for the Diadochi. Perdikkas quickly drove Antigonos away, and then recruited Lysimachos to help win Kappadocia for Eumenes. The armies and navies marched back and forth through Ionia throughout the period, and only when the Romans came did things really settle down.
