Alejandro and a One-World-Government
Alex and a One-World-GovernmentMost Bible Scholars are convinced that a great many of Daniel's prophecies centered around the exploits of Alexander the Great and his immense but divided empire. Alexander was not the focal point of Daniel's visions, of course, but there are important things that the Holy Spirit wanted us to see in the Greek era which surrounded him. Alexander was responsible for defeating a great Persian empire, pushing western domination east as far as India. Overturning eastern domination of the world, Alexander's thrust established a western dominance of the world that has persisted all the way to the 20th century, creating a protective wing under which Christianity has been able to flourish and cover the earth. This circumstance and the fact that Daniel has based his prophecies on a template involving Alexander's conquests and the subsequent developments regarding his short reign, death and what that evolved into, provides us with a compelling conclusion. The end (of the world) which Daniel describes involves the collapse of western domination and the return of the East to world power. It will follow precisely the formula Daniel envisioned. Jesus verified this:"So when you see the disastrous abomination, of which the prophet Daniel spoke, set up in the Holy Place (let the reader understand), then those in Judea must escape to the mountains..." (Matt.24:15-16).Alexander's sudden death resulted in the parcelling out of his empire into four 'Greek' kingdoms that replaced his rule. Rule of these four kingdom was placed in the hands of Alexander's generals :-)TrotskyBakunin

I don't cate much about prophecies but I couldn't agree more on your point that AtG's consolidation paved the way for both Rome and the spread of Christianism.Regards,
