Another new book... don't bother

Hi all,This week I have been rattling through "Alexander the Great: Man and God" by Ian Worthington, which was published (in the UK at least) at the beginning of December.I will write a review of it... but basically, don't bother. I'm not sure why they bothered publishing it, and to be honest it's really badly written - not necessarily Worthington's fault, but certainly the fault of Longman not assigning a decent editor to it.So if anyone has seen the book and put it on their Christmas wish-lists, think carefully about whether you really want it!All the bestMarcus

THanks for that I saw it recenty and was toying with the idea of purchasing for myself as I would like to travel to Macadoina next for to see Pella.
