The plates in Hammond's 'The Genius of Alexander@ begin with a medallion of Olympias and both a full face and profile of the ivory head found at Vergina and identifieed as her
When you think about, it free-choice is the only possible option.

Yep, the same medallion appears in Robin Lane Fox's book about Alexander too. I think it may be the only image of her available.
