Alexander Sarcophagus FOR SALE!

Hello everybody, I just came accross a very interesting website where there is ton of sculptures about Alexander the Great. Being enthusiast about Alexander I found it interesting that they have HAND-MADE a HUGE replica of the Alexander Sarcophagus: http://www.ancientsculpturegallery.com/269.html There are also few other plaques, busts of Alexander, Philip, etc: http://www.ancientsculpturegallery.com/ ... greek.html Some of these things are VERY EXPENSIVE, the sarcophagus plaque is $4500! Don't know who has that much money to spend but they surely look very nice. What do you think?

$4500: I guess that will be enough to make a nice trip to Turkey, Syria, Egypt, Iran, Uzbekistan, Pakistan. That looks like a better investment; no one can take away the memories, but if I had a sarcophagus, I would always fear thieves, I fear.HM

I know, and have to agree, but it's BEAUTIFUL sculpture!

Yes, it is definately for those with deep pockets. And now I see they added another piece along the Hunt scene - the Battle scene is been sculpted now - but the cost is even higher - $5,300!I wish I had all the money and have all of their Alexander sculptures.
