Hi CompanionsI couldnt think of the name of the Movie.. The relation the movie has with Alexander is in answer to some peoples questions that Alexander achieved mainly because the Army he inherited.Well in the Scott movie we saw the Able king with Leprosy ride out with his army to meet Saladin and forced an uneasy truce. Basically because that king had good military skills.Then later the new king rode out with the same army to crush Saladin. the result was the Christian Army was crushed and Saladin had enough of an army to lay massive siege against Jeruselem.I dont know how accurate the story is but it gave good example that. A great aremy can be smashed if led by an inept commander.So indeed Alexander inherited a great army but Alexander was as equal to that army to use it as great as he did.Kenny
