Folks Ive Never felt so bad.Ill leave the Forum in peace and tranquilitym of the bookworms and moderators,,, And the women.I guess I just cant keep up with my spelling,,, seems to make me look stupid.However I have found real connections in this forum and friends who I prefer to talk to by E.Mail and what do you know Jona included.Marcus, Andrew,Luis, etc keep up the good work your ok and always offered good insite and reasoning with your views any offence to you Is with regret.Alas I blew off sometimes about Alexander but its because I care,,, And know the sun never shone from his rear,,, but have the understanding he was not all bad either.Just to conclude and to Luis just remember,,, Had Alexander not lived or done what he did! The knockers and detractor4s would have nothing to write about.Then I hope the Lindas and Tre will all be very happy sat in some library memorising the sources in the great big wooden box.I will stay in touch with my found E mail friends but the rest are really quite irrelevent.live long and prosper.

Kenny, it was never my intention to drive you out of this forum, only to stop the insults and the abuse - and there is no other way to describe what has been happening here. Jona may have become a friend by email - and that doesn't surprise me as he is a wonderful, dignified, tolerant, and understanding person - but the situation when you were insulting him personally on the forum was intolerable, as it has become again these past few days.No one questions your devotion to Alexander, and this has been said before. You are entitled to your beliefs, as is *everyone* else. If someone does not agree with you, then they do not agree with you. Nothing more and nothing less. It isn't your love of Alexander that is the problem, it is the personal insults and offensive remarks made to individuals that have caused me to come out into the open. You have the right to express your feelings about Alexander, but you do not have the right to aggressively insult someone because they express a different opinion. That applies to real life - to society in general - as well as on this forum!Can't you see what is happening here? Anyone who disagrees with you in the slightest, anyone who even posts something that offends your sensibilities is immediately labeled a "knocker" and often much worse. No one should be forced to justify themselves here. No one should have to apologize for their opinions. And no one should have to bear insults just because they see things in a different way. Look at your post today GÇô and for the record, it is a mild one compared with some of the recently deleted posts. So you are leaving the forum to "the women"? Does this mean that women should not be listened to or respected? And IGÇÖm being insulted because I like to read about Alexander GÇô because I might be well-read? I can tell you for a fact that some of those you consider friends from this forum are far more well-read than I, but they happen to be men. So what does that mean? No, donGÇÖt answer that. It is a rhetorical question. Apparently my being a woman is enough to dismiss me and everything I have to say. IGÇÖm not personally offended and never have been. Linda HailI never felt threatened nor childish enough to take at heart the comments leveled at me,, It was all taken on the chin.Please think of a person you love to the most maybe a familly member friend or even Jesus.They may get up to mischief and you accept there mischief and deal with it as best you can.I feel like that with Alexander and have aqlways accepted his mischiefs some with balances reasoning or study.However when labels like Pirate or Alexander and Philip been the bad guys as far as Athens and Thebes go, without considering reasons and why it happened is just a litlle stiff.Basically if your a mother and have a son,,, From time to time they create mischief,,, You would accept that and deal with it apropriately,,, but for these small mischiefs he was getting chgastised and likened to Hitler or a pirate then I gather you would stand youir ground and stand to defend.I make no apologies for standing true to Alexander and its fare to say Pothos will do far better without my involvement,,, It served a purpose for some time then really became tedious.I guess I prefer to Talk to the Luis in life.Just as a parting thought,,, when you finally see Dicaprio as Alexander just remember who prophersized he was made to play Alexander.

Hi Kenny, I have read through all of the dialogue conducted between you and Amyntoros this afternoon. I don't believe that you are being driven away, but I do recall mentioning your being a bit of a bad speller. It appeared to me after that mention, you cleaned up your act. I suspect you will still continue to post when and if you choose as this is quite addictive, isn't it? You like Alexander too much just to be driven away, but if you mean it, you have my e-mail address should you ever wish to stay in touch. I cant recall if you ever insulted me 3 Lindas caused confusion.How can I respond then Im away.Im not running away and bear no malice,,, Its As Ossy Osborne Once said.He was asked as a alcoholic if he visited AA.He said "no as its like a group of people with one leg attending a meeting just to talk about there one leg"! For me thats as I am with Alexander I have my own Alexander that I believe in and now see no point in talking about him and debating and cross examining points of view,,, As my views are very strong and indeed lead to conflict.If I were the sretiotypical Preacer I would indeed bang on about him,,, but my faith in him is personal and my own and now choose not to.So indeed its good for me to move on and wish you all well with this forum with your chats etc.Linda one point about me not taking statements and maybe get agressive in real life.I never had to I only looked them in the eye and smiled then walked away.
