Noshijan in Ecbatana (Hamadan) was one of the most important Median and Achaemenian sites in Iran that people know a littel about it, Noshijan is in fact a 3000 years old large castle which has been constructed in three stories, inside the castle there are two fire temples, a great palace (known as Apadana), some storerooms and houses for storing food and provisions. The view from the top of Noshijan: http://webpages.charter.net/msimm/Iran/ ... htmAncient royal audience hall: http://webpages.charter.net/msimm/Iran/ ... .htmInside Zoroastrian fire temple: http://users2.ev1.net/~fpan/html/iran/n ... 11.003.htm

Hello Cyrus,I love it when you send pics to look at. I think Alexander's Hephaistion died at Ecbatana. I can't believe all the wide open space there seems to be in Persia. Oh, I wanted to make sure and tell you in your pervious pics there was a pic of your daughter, a beautiful little girl. Thanks,
