Alexander translations download
I just found this very useful download https://dinitrandu.com/wp-content/uploa ... ations.pdf. It is source translations on Alexander by Heckel and Yardley grouped by subject matter. So, for example, if you want to know about Alexander's appearance, there are quotes from Plutarch, Aelian, Curtius, Diodorus and the Alexander Romance all grouped together.

Re: Alexander translations download
fantastic resource, but I'm not sure the download is legal? as I understand it, the book came out in 2003, so it's still in copyright.

I'm guessing it isn't, but surely the publishers must be on to this sort of thing. You've been able to download Heckel's 'Who's Who' for ages from here https://www.pdfdrive.com/whos-who-in-th ... 00198.html. As they are pretty expensive books, libraries and colleges are the most likely buyers, and as the books are over ten years old, they are likely to already have copies, so perhaps the book sales are so low the downloads are not worth pursuing?
Or maybe the site pays a fee to the publishers? I've no idea.
