Strictly speaking it is about the immediate aftermath of Alexander's death, and its purpose is to advertise Tristan Hughes book 'The Perdiccas Years'

Thank you for the link to the podcast and reference to the book. After Hephaistion and Alexander, Perdiccas was always my next favorite. He is usually badmouthed (thanks to Ptolemy), so I am curious how the author presents him.
