Several years ago I was going to re-write the main pages of pothos's website. However, life got in the way, and it proved to be quite a mammoth task. So, as I have a little more time at present, I thought that rather than mess about with the main pages of the site, I would convert what I had from html to text and post it here.
The main purpose of this was to provide an easy-to-use resource for those new to the study of Alexander, plus a handy reference point for those more familiar with Alexander.
To prevent it getting too messy therefore, posting is restricted to comments only. Any issues, suggestions, or problems, please let me know.
