These are brilliant mosaics and surely a major find. Shame we don't know their date.

I think 2th century BC. The city of Seleukia-Apameia has a long long archeological history.( google)

PS Apameia was the only anatolian wife not to be left by her macedonian husband ( Seleukos)after the death of Alexander.

Thaleia is very nice and also in a good state of preservation, as well as her sisters Muses! I read (in youTube) that the city will be submerged by a dam. Do you know anything more about those news?
