The role of God
A couple of years ago I was listening to the radio. It was tuned to a news station; the kind where the presenters read the newspapers and any other interesting literature on the air for the benefit of the sight impaired. The lady was reading an article on the topic of great heroes or leaders of history. Somebody had researched the behaviour of such figures and found that an overwhelming number of them had had a strong prayer relationship with a deity/higher power/God. The article may have been a review of a book which had come out at the time. It examined the role of God and prayer in the making of great people and successful leaders.
