I should come here more often, Alexander and his times are often in my mind. In what might become an irregular series, here is an on-topic eBay offering set to tantalise... I'm just going to refer to it as a carving:http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll ... &rd=1"Cast stone"? It is clearly a replica, echoing an idea I had earlier this year, to remake the mosaic. I'm not sure I could stand it though; its accuracy, compared to the weathered original, I find a little unnerving.Gary
