Dear NickI am rather surprised by the head-dress of Nebuchdrezzar in the Berlin museum cameo. I am at a loss to explain its close resemblance to the head-dress of the Greeks. Was this a case of adapatation from the Greeks or vice versa? Nebuchadrezzar was a world-emperor and it is well known that he had Greek volunteers in his army. Was the Greek head-dress adapted from the Phygians?Regards,Dr. Pal.
