Certainly I don't have any problem with the fact that Farrell has dyed his hair - or that he isn't actually blond and therefore *had* to dye it.Actually, I don't even object particularly to the Michael Bolton look that he affects at some point in the movie - I'm just not sure what the justification for it is.Are you sure Elijah Wood *doesn't* have big, hairy feet, though?

Huh! You'll be telling me that all the orcs in the Lord of the Rings were really men in makeup, next. All the bestMarcus

I would have to agree. My blonde girlfriend gave me a ride into town, she was driving 20 miles an hour over the speed limit and knitting at the same time, a highway patrolman pulled up behind us with flashing lights, she ignored him until he drove along her side and yelled "pull over" she said what, he yelled louder "pull over", she said No, It's A Sweater! Personally, I thought a pullover and sweater are the same, but what do I know.

Hello,
I have to be honest - I think that regardless of what Oliver Stone does I think that most of us are going to give it a right good old battering.Namely because after a period of time after reading so much about Alexander we all start whether we like it or not to make our own internal scenarios and images that we see as being the correct and hallowed version of what actually happened.Anyone who tells us then that this is not the way it is, is in for trouble simply because we are not used to seeing it the way he is portraying it.Really I don't wish to dismiss the film because I think that it is necessary to see it objectively and we do hope that Lane Fox has done a good job but I really expect the forum to be buzzing with criticisms following the premiere- Best regards,
Dean.
