Certainly I don't have any problem with the fact that Farrell has dyed his hair - or that he isn't actually blond and therefore *had* to dye it.Actually, I don't even object particularly to the Michael Bolton look that he affects at some point in the movie - I'm just not sure what the justification for it is.Are you sure Elijah Wood *doesn't* have big, hairy feet, though? I have to be honest - I think that regardless of what Oliver Stone does I think that most of us are going to give it a right good old battering.Namely because after a period of time after reading so much about Alexander we all start whether we like it or not to make our own internal scenarios and images that we see as being the correct and hallowed version of what actually happened.Anyone who tells us then that this is not the way it is, is in for trouble simply because we are not used to seeing it the way he is portraying it.Really I don't wish to dismiss the film because I think that it is necessary to see it objectively and we do hope that Lane Fox has done a good job but I really expect the forum to be buzzing with criticisms following the premiere- Best regards,
