However, we have no evidence of anyone else getting sick, or at least no one of importance around the King in Babylon during his illness.

Greetings Pothosians,Thank you, Susan, for the reminder that the real world is still weeping and there is still much to be done. Alexander aside as a notable footnote in history (and I believe Alexander would have his own human reasons for not going to the summer palace), it is appalling that such suffering and dying is happening *now*, in this century (and in so many nations)- and these people have no place to go. Aid will hopefully follow.And somewhere, in an ideal world, global wealth and human hands will be used to one day ensure that every human has clean water, enough food to thrive, safe living conditions and a chance at life that the lucky few are blessed with- and hopefully do not take for granted. Peace...
