What a laugh !
Dhul Qarnain is NOT Alexander the "great",
he is a REALLY a monster who loves Allah and does what Allah wills .
During the time of "Al-Akhira(the end of time)
Zhul qarnain will emerge from a moutain in mecca , this is in the hadeeth--prophetic sayings (I am not quite sure which one but you can find all the information I am talking about in the book " Jerusalem in the quran"
type that up in a search engine on barnes and noble or google.
Zhul qarnain will emerge out of a mountain he will speak to all people of the world , he will mark the faces of the belivers with brightness and beauty , and the faces of the un belivers with darkness .
he will most probabily emerge after the death of jesus christ after he has returned to the earth.like i said if you are interested in this topic of "al-akhira" i suggest you read this book "jerusalem in the quran"

If you were a muslim then you would know that Zulqarnain was Cyrus the Great: http://www.understanding-islam.com/rq/q-028.htmIf you are a Jew then you know that:God calls King Cyrus the Great by name before he is even born to serve Him.
"This is what the LORD says to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I take hold of to subdue nations before him and to strip kings of their armor, to open doors before him so that gates will not be shut: I will go before you and will level the mountains; I will break down gates of bronze and cut through bars of iron. I will give you the treasures of darkness, riches stored in secret places, so that you may know that I am the LORD, the God of Israel, who summons you by name. For the sake of Jacob my servant, of Israel my chosen, I summon you by name and bestow on you a title of honor, though you do not acknowledge me. I am the LORD, and there is no other; apart from me there is no God. I will strengthen you, though you have not acknowledged me, so that from the rising of the sun to the place of its setting men may know there is none besides me. I am the LORD, and there is no other. I form the light and create darkness, I bring prosperity and create disaster; I, the LORD, do all these things. "You heavens above, rain down righteousness; let the clouds shower it down. Let the earth open wide, let salvation spring up, let righteousness grow with it; I, the LORD, have created it."
Cyrus the Great, as it is written in Ezra, c. I and Isaiah, c. 44-45, as well as in the last Chapter of Kings, has been given the titles of Shibban and Messiah by God, which even the prophets do not have.

And if you are a Christian

GodGÇÖs instrument came to power sometime around 550 B.C.: they called him "Cyrus the Great." Read about him in Isaiah 41:2-3,25; 44:28; 45:13; 46:2,11; 48:14-15.
1. Notice the titles God gave to Cyrus in Isaiah 44:28; 45:1; 41:2My Shepherd
Anointed One
Righteous Man

2. These titles are unusual, most often being reserved for the coming of the Messiah, Jesus Christ.
3. Look at the job description God gave Cyrus in Isaiah 44:28; 45:13; 48:14-15:To free the captive Jews
To help rebuild Jerusalem
To cause the foundations of the temple to be laid
To punish Babylon4. Why would God use a Gentile king to deliver Israel? Read Isaiah 45: 5-6:
"I am the Lord and there is no other; apart from me there is no God. I will strengthen you, though you have not acknowledged me, so that from the rising sun to the place of its setting men may know there is none besides me. I am the Lord, and there is none other."
Again in verses 21 and 22 of that same chapter the Lord declares that He is the only God and refers to himself as righteous and a Savior. Only God can truly save. Yet we see that He uses a foreign king in order to show His sovereignty over all things.
5. What promises did God give to Cyrus? There are many outlined in Isaiah 45:1-3. He would hold CyrusGÇÖ right hand, demonstrating His bestowal of power. He would subdue nations before opened gates, make crooked places straight, and break gates of bronze and iron. Cyrus overtook three of the four great empires of the world in his day. One of them was MediaGÇôwhich was absorbed into Persia and became Medo-Persia. God gave Cyrus the "treasures of darkness," probably referring to the riches of the Kingdom of Lydia, which Cyrus conquered prior to invading Babylon. The fables about King Midas may be rooted in the land of Lydia and her historical King Croesus.
A person who has a job usually has a job description so he knows what his responsibilities are. CyrusGÇÖ job description was fourfold: Cyrus freed the Jewish people to return to their homeland. Isaiah 45:13 tells us that he was appointed to this specific task, but not for a price or a reward. (See Chapter 6, How Did Five Persian Kings get in our Bible, for further details). History also accounts for a job well done. A sixth grade history book from Iran gives some of the details about Cyrus. It says: "By the order of Cyrus, the Jews who were captive became free and were able to return to their own holy city of Jerusalem." Cyrus enabled t
