For French speakers, there's a version of Curtius in French & Latin athttp://pot-pourri.fltr.ucl.ac.be/files/AClassFTP/TEXTEs/Quinte_Curce/I couldn't find a home page, so if you're interested you'll have to look at each file in turn.Susan

I haven't found Arrian, but Diodorus is online in English and Greek. Here's the full list of classic texts that are on Perseus: http://www.perseus.tufts.edu/cache/pers ... oman.htmlI don't much like reading large texts from the screen, though, so I've copied Diodorus' chapters 16 and 17 from the site and am now in the midst of editing them so I can easily read them when printed out.

I'm exactly the same. I went through the laborious process of copying Books 16 and 17 so I could read them properly. Now I have the daunting task of actually *reading* the darned things! :-)Marcus

Susan most of us here I would say are yearning for the complete English version. The French speakers are very fortunate to be able to access Curtis online. p.s. check your email, let me know what you think.Zdravo ti po'odos

I've checked my email and replied, it's very interesting and I've taken action on it. I could scan in the Curtius but it would be subject to copyright, so we have to wait for a legitimate translation, I think.Susan
