Hmmm ... irony from a member of the Royal Family?I'd love to support your theory, but it's just *too* outrageous, I'm afraid. All the bestMarcus

Hi Andrew,Just for the record I ought to clarify my position on this; then I don't really intend to discuss it again on this forum, 'cos it's rather off-subject.I think the media attention has been unwarranted and far too overblown. I think that Harry needs to choose his friends more carefully, if his circle includes people who'll take photos at a private function, and then pass them to the newspapers, I assume for financial gain. I also think that Harry needs to understand, however, that he will never be at a 'private' function, and that even if he is unlikely ever to be king, there are expectations of behaviour that naturally cling to public figures. Choosing that costume was silly, but it has only been such a big deal because of the commemmoration of the liberation of Auschwitz - he should have been more sensitive ... or, if he couldn't, then why do the princes have special advisers (the Ptolemies, Nearchuses, Egigyiuses of his day!) to warn him of the stupidity of choosing the costume. So I don't approve of what he did, by any means - a bit of fun for the average 20-year-old just doesn't cut the mustard for a public figure; on the other hand, I think the attitude of the press is disgusting, and it just reminds me why I loathe the tabloids, which are Satan's own newspapers! All the bestMarcus
