Well executed my friend!Every person educated in the classics
knows ATG was Greek to the BONEThese slavs are jealous wannabees
attempting to steal and invent
a heritage that doesnt belong to them.Much like these fakes and idiots that claim
Egypt was Negro inspired. ..laughable

Greek months had different names in almost every city. We had a similar discussion a couple of weeks ago. Search Pothos site and you'll find it.

I think the ancient Macedonians had more in
common with the Corinthians , Athenians ,
Thebians etc than the Scots ever had with English.Scots are celts , English ..well take your pick
from Saxon , Angle , Viking , Norman, Roman
& Celt (cant forget the Cornish Celts in Devon)

Was Greece ever a country until Philip came along?
I dont know. One thing that the Scots managed that the Macedonians didnt was defy Rome to the point
they built a wall to keep us out.Glory days.

Hi Pat,Except for all the 'Scots' who were Norman French, settled in the lowlands by the first two Williams and Henry I... who after 250 years were the same 'Scots' who fought the 'English' for the right to independent rule of their kingdom...All the bestMarcus

It is a great film, isn't it?Of course, great patriot though William Wallace was, it was another 20 years after his death before the Declaration of Arbroath, when the Scots finally asserted their independence from England. The English never accepted it and it is ironic that in 1603 the king of Scots ascended to the English throne. Justice, maybe? All the bestMarcus

it is, i love it, and that is extemely ironic. william wallace reminds me of a greek freedom fighter and general during the 1800s in greece, Kolokotronis. who was a william wallace for the greeks in the war of independence against the ottomans.maybe they should invest in a movie on kolokotronis, instead of ATG. with a mel gibson twist to it. cheersstavros
