Yes, but you could easily put it into an essay as a joke, couldn't you ? I've always read it as a bit of a dig at ATG - there were just too many women paying him attention. We don't know what Cleopatra, ATG's sister, thought of him - she might have been quite jealous and complained to her husband that ATG was always the centre of attention. If the marriage had not happened before Philip's assassination I wonder who Cleopatra would have married ?Susan
