First and foremost, I want to say that I find Oliver Stone's movie about as historically accurate as his JFK movie. Any comments?
Also, I heard (or read) online that Leonardo DiCaprio was suppossed to play Alexander the Great in another Alexander movie. Does anyone know what is going on with this movie? Thanks
Bob

Re: Alexander Movies
A former principal once told us this piece of advice: if you can't say something good about the subject, say nothing at all. So on the subject of Oliver Stone, I have nothing to say.
Re: Alexander Movies
Hi Bob,
I think that the Leo project is officially dead. The overall poor quality of the Stone film saw to that. later Nicator

Re: Alexander Movies
NicatorI guess you hit the nail on the head. Stone did for the Alexander story what the black death did in europe killed off the idea as any other director wouldnt touch it with a barge pole.Leonardo was my overall choice. buy now we got more chance as a snowball in head. If Stone tried to do Alexander any favours he only torpedoed the guy.Kenny
