Podcast on Alexander's death

Post by Alexias »

On the anniversary of Alexander's death, either 10 or 11 June, there is a podcast here by Tristan Hughes

Strictly speaking it is about the immediate aftermath of Alexander's death, and its purpose is to advertise Tristan Hughes book 'The Perdiccas Years' https://www.amazon.co.uk/Perdiccas-Year ... 1526775115, which looks to have some pretty good reviews.

Thank you for the link to the podcast and reference to the book. After Hephaistion and Alexander, Perdiccas was always my next favorite. He is usually badmouthed (thanks to Ptolemy), so I am curious how the author presents him.

Yes, it looks a lively read so I may give it a go.
