Pella c1910. Wonder what the grass-covered humps are? Archaeological remains or midden heaps?

Cool. And as for the mounds, hard to say. There's no indication where exactly this is, whether over the current archaeological site, the western cemetary, or where the current modern town is. I assume the latter, but who knows?
