System1988 found this item about a Roman-era shield button bearing an image of Alexander. It was found in Denmark by metal detectorists.

That's fascinating. At my first glance I thought "how on earth can they tell that's supposed to be Alexander?" But yes, you can clearly see the ram's horns and the wavy hair.

Great find!

Thank you Alexias for posting this since i couldnt do it . But there is also another bronze head of Alexander -a new find-just so small - brilliant but i cant remember the publication.

As about the first item ,how surrealistic is the location of the find....Denmark !!!

This article mentions a silver-gilt button depicting Alexander, also found in Denmark. Not sure if this is the one you mean! https://www.thehistoryblog.com/archives/69970
