Will the superman be a world-dictator ruling a one-world gov

Hello: I am a Nietzsche-reader and I have 2 questions about Nietzsche's superman. My first question is: Will the superman be a world-dictator ruling a one-world government with the help of the world-plutocracy and world-powers?? My second question is: Can an average person, average income person get to be a superman by overcoming obstacles, reading a lot and weight-training to achiave muscle-superiority and strength of will?? Or is the superman a state of the earth? A human-stage of biological development? Or is the superman the earth? I would appreciate your comments on this because sometimes i have a little confusion about what exactly is the Superman (Overman)?

Nietzsche clearly stated it that *development* of the whole world and nations should start in their physiology, and basic needs and then everything comes as consequence. That is not the case in modern neoliberal-democracy. That means that we as new-philosophers (overmen-the-goal) must destroy old values, give way to new values and into the hegemony/predominance of new values This is not the case with neoliberalism. The core of neoliberal values lie on economical-production, deregulation, capitalisation of public services, privatism which is/was not the basis a socialist democratic system. I know we cannot have a 100% socialist system because it's too Utopic. But even within the context of a socialist-democratic-system we can have something different than this neoliberal, hedonist, materialist, egocentric, competition, elitist, consumerist system that neoliberal-democracy is founded on that subdivides the individual into mass-production zones (factories, offices, apartment complexes, etc.)
Neoliberal-democratic system is based on economical-smithsonian-darwinism. Darwin and Adam Smith claimed that the survival of the strongest economically, the supply and demand through the invisible hand of free-markets, would bring about a total devolepment for the whole society but this neoliberal politics theory is flawed with empirical-evidence (neoliberalism has been a total failure in USA since the 80s and in other neoliberal-democracies like Argentina (former 10th Economy of the world)

What about the other Kubrik movie mentioned in the above link with "2001: A Space Odyssey"? I mean, "A Clockwork Orange." The lead character in that movie's name is Alexander De Large. Hmmm.Whatever. I think Kubrik had fun puzzling people. Just take the title of that movie, "A Clockwork Orange." Are we supposed to make sense out of that title?John

Right, and "2001" was written by Arthur C. Clarke, but Kubrick took on the exact same theme in the two movies: Violence.Remember in 2001, how everyone became so proper and sedate and... boring.And in Clockwork, they took the violence out of "Alex" by making him watch movies, and every time they showed sex or violence (especially Hitler movies, it seems), they would give him pain causing drugs, so he would associate pain with violence, and therefore want non-violence.Now Alexander the Great led a VERY violent life...But I still want to know... As I recall from reading the novel many many moons ago, little Alex has an epiphany at the end, and one of his thoughts is, "youth is a clockwork orange," or words to that effect. The idea being, when you are a teenager your reactions are all automatic, mindless, knee-jerk -- as pre-determined by inner urges as clockwork.
