Not according to the sources which tell us that the bulk of the baggage, money, and treasure had been sent to Damascus.

Curtius 3.8.12 Darius dispatched all his money and most precious treasures to Damascus in Syria with a small military escort, and then he took the rest of his forces into Cilicia, his wife and his mother following the army according to Persian custom.

Arrian 2.11. 9-10 Darius camp was stormed at once, and captured with his mother, wife, who was also his sister, and his infant son; two daughters were taken too, with a few noble Persian ladies in their suite. The other Persians had in fact dispatched their womenfolk and baggage to Damascus; Darius too had sent there the greater part of his money and everything a great king takes with him even on campaign for his extravagant way of living; so they found no more than three thousand talents in the camp. However, the money at Damascus too was captured soon after by Parmenio, who was specifically detailed for this purpose.

Plutarch, Alexander 20.11 He found his Macedonians carrying off the wealth from the camp of the Barbarians, and the wealth was of surpassing abundance, although its owners had come to the battle in light marching order and had left most of their baggage in Damascus; he found, too, that his men had picked out for him the tent of Dareius, which was full to overflowing with gorgeous servitors and furniture, and many treasures.

Diodorus 17.32.3 Dareius decided to make his army mobile and diverted his baggage train and the non-combatants to Damascus in Syria ; then, learning that Alexander was holding the passes and thinking that he would never dare to fight in the plain, made his way quickly to meet him.

To be fair, Alexandros, it might be what you meant, but it ain't what you said.

If you are indeed asking where the royal family was, then it was at Issus. If I remember correctly, however, Barsine, the widow of Memnon, was at Damascus, and Parmenion sent her from there to Alexander.

ArrianII 12 The Persian officers had sent their gear and womenfolk to Damascus, and Darius, too, had sent thither most of his treasure and the various paraphernalia which the luxurious life of a great king seemed to require, even on campaign. Penguin p121

True he took his family and some luxuries to Issos, tent, bath etc but most of the baggage went to Damascus.
