A big tomb was found recently in February 2006 in Pella, consisting of eight chambers, with bodies and items, that as the archaiologists said it is of a noble family. It's estimated chronology is right after Alexander's campaign. There are other findings too in the area, i'll try to talk to an archaiologist to see what's new, because the archaiological bulletin is only once per year, so for 2007 we'll have to wait more months. However if something important wouldbe found it would be in the news.

One of the most interesting finds, aside that of the royal tombs, were the tombs with the warriors and their horses.

That is amazing. Do you have any links to any sites that have that information? I would love to learn more about it. Definately let me know if you find anything out from the archeologist you mentioned! :D Thanks for sharing this.

Thank you again for the links to those sites. It's so exciting that these discoveries are still being made. I am sure there are many, many more to discover. Please let us know if you hear of any more! :wink:
