Dear all
I am sending this link to all of you because it contains extremely interesting finds and artifacts. The museum in being presented to the global community along with the 30+ years worth of excavated artifacts (3000 BC- 14th AD). Whoever wants please translate the text since among the findings (ex.) we find a beheaded warrior of the Mycenean era as well golden jewlery of the bee Godess ...

Really, really interesting! I visited this place in summer 1988 and the excavations were in progress. I remember very well the stones of the city, but of course had no occasion to see the beautiful objects you posted here. Thank you very much!

Thank you hiphys, the post is sent from Germany from john ,but i considered it very important. Really i know almost nothing about the city of Eleutherna ( Crete) the name means "free" i think, but maybe i am wrong.The godess "bee" is totally unknown to me also
