Not a pleasant sight .The Macedonians allow only strigils and simple cheap vases for them .They were defeated , so non buried with their weapons

The Macedonians cut them in pieces , first a blow on the feet , second blow on the back of the head

There is an exhibition going on in the Museum of Cycladic Art in Athens, Greece and it's dedicated to the Chaeronea battle where Alexander 18 years old then crushed the sacred band of Thebes.
