I always beleived that he died at pothos during his last battle; it doesn't change that some greeks politicans of the city hate him because he was powerfull regarding his empire.
But why do they poison him? and who poison him?

How Was his behaviour in the ceremonies after a battle or after his return in Greece?
Did he enjoy it?
I'm sure that war was not his only preocupation...
